My Best CFO™ was founded by a professional Chief Financial Officer with 15+ years of experience in financial management of multinational groups of companies, in building companies from ground up and in managing government-to-government projects. We have experience in managing projects from 100K USD up to 2 bln USD.

Our Team has experience in:

  • Financial planning and budgeting to grow and prosper business

  • Building a reliable management and financial reporting to comply with IFRS, PMI, FAR, DCAA and DCMA requirements and gain trust of third parties,

  • Preparing companies for sale, purchase, close-out so that our customer can sign best deals

  • Establishing up-to-date lean policies and procedures that result in reliable control, acceptance by top auditors and governmental agencies,

  • Managing financial, governmental and internal audit to ensure successful results and timely completion,

  • Managing company preparation and pricing for United States Government cost reimbursable and fixed price contracts so that our customers can secure accuracy and compliance with FAR

  • Overseeing and developing working capital solutions, fund investment strategies with regional/international banks to ensure availability of funds as needed,

  • Providing financial and project due diligence, identifying risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful performance and completion
